I don't think they are proud of winning against noobs. I think they are just competing amongst each other to see who can get the most kills in one map.

Besides, its pretty obvious we have alot of noobs in our server. I have gotten questions such as "How do I drop my weapon?" & "How do I get my pistol?" ...

We're just competing amongst each other for the hell of it. I wouldn't even call it competing each other since there are just random screen shots in random games.
