Just going into your bios and changing voltages and multipliers will do your components no good. You can fry anyone of them if you set just one thing wrong. You need to take heat into consideration and not overvolt your CPU or Ram. I say you read around to see how you can do this the safest way. Although its never safe to overclock your hardware, it can give you a good speed increase.

Yeah some cpu's multipliers are locked. But since you have a P4 EE it shouldn't be locked. So its probably your motherboard that is not letting you change it.

yeah the thing about overclocking a cpu is that you have to get the cpu and overclock the cpu while at the same time doing the thing you need to do to overclock the cpu..........*RAS shoots himself in the head

Im thinking of overclocking my graphics card >_>, Aparently its not worth it as it lowers the life time of your hardware, so I'm thinking otherwise...

If you tell me what do you wanna overclock i can help you. Take in account if you dont do this literally you may have to throw away your pc.

i dont need to overclock my BADBOY cause its a POS talk about ghetto heres my damn pc only oc is the videocard but still get 30 - 50 fps haha

mcgyver cant mess with me added some fans the cpu fan broke LOL
