cs server addons..

I want to make a cs server, but i dont want people to go through a bunch of downloading sound shit....
I want to make a 1.6 non steam server with amx mod x... with no downloads?
I know where to download amx mod x but i dont know where to put the file?

/fail I don't see the point of making a server, When there are how many servers available? nvm im wasting my time talking to you. Go read up on
http://www.google.com you find alot of stuff faster than posting here because noones around here for about 24 hours.

just click NEXT Fool..and i believe it should install properly and shit...

How do u really know its gonna properly install amx in your cs? Doesnt work for me.
