Well "Kill or be Killed" isn't unique itself, so it isn't a surprice. But that server is always empty anyhow
I bet there's more Kill or be Killed servers out there.

I created the server about 4-5 years ago. I've been saving the server files on zip disks to Cds since then At the time no used this name. Now if you check other games (quake, bf2, bf2142) there is about 2-4 servers with the name.

theres dont...only 9 players? wtf are they thinking? nobody is even on there anyway so they might as well close it down!
