Add these commands @ the end of url.
ex. http://www.vnetg....../csstats/?pname=|KOBK Vinyard| <-- This will bring up my stats. The "?" must be there after the foward slash.
pid= // Player Server Stats ID
pname= // Player name
steamid= // Steam id
playerip= // Player IP
start= // Start search from player " "
last= // End search at player " "
If you want to search by multiple items do it like this.
