How To Make A
Custom Spray Paint

Welcome To my guide on how to make a custom spray paint. This guide is step by step so almost everyone should be able to do it (If you follow all the steps correctly).What you will need:
The main application you'll need is Decal Converter.
Click [Here] To get it. (Toatle File Size: 140.62Kb)
Click the link and wait, Your download window will appear.
Installing Decal Converter
Once you have finished downloading it click open;IE Differs.
A screen should come up asking you about extracting it,Click the buttons in this procedure.
Next > Next > Wait Till Screen Changes > Finish. Thats if your using Self Extractor Or Yeah.
The Decal Converter folder will appear, Click into the folder you see and you should have all these files.
Now double click on the Paint Brush Icon named 'Decal Converter'
And a window the same as this will appear.
Making your Spray Paint
Now click File > Open Picture...
Now browse to the picture file you wish to open(.BMP,.GIF,.JPG Only)
In this case Im opening Avy.jpg
Then opening window should go away and the main Decal Converter window will be back, Except this time it will have your selected picture there. Like so..
Now it puts the Width and Hight to max by its self, And sometimes results in the picture being to tall and to skinny, Which makes the picture hard too see.. So make the width and hight accurate to how you like it, There is a max on the max it can be.
When your happy with your width and hight click the 'Decal' menu and then click 'Make Decal...'
Once clicked a box will show up like this...
Now click the 'Add...' Button and browse to your desktop Usually in this layout;
C:/Documents and settings/(Account Name)/Desktop, Then click Ok.
Now the previous window will be back but with 'Desktop' Instead of 'cstrike'.
Tick the box with 'Default game for decals' And then click 'Ok' again.
A window will come up with some text, Nothing important there, Just click ok.
Now go to your desktop and find the file called 'pldecal.wad' And Right click and rename it...
Now the name box will be highlighted press the Delete/Back Space key and type the exact following 'tempdecal.wad' And then press enter.
Now click the Icon and Hold ctrl And press C.
Now browse to your counter-strike directory; An easy way to do this if you have a shortcut on your desktop for counter-strike right click it and click properties, Then click Find Target. When the window appears double-click on the folder named 'cstrike'.
When the folder opens press Ctrl then press V; It will prompt you too overwrite a file Just click
Yes.
When its finished copying in Right click the file and go to properties.
When the properties window appears make sure the Read-Only check box is ticked. If so click ok.
Now your almost finished, Launch counter-strike and Join or create a new game, Go upto a wall and Spray your tag, And it should be the one you chose earlier!
Most of the time your picture isn't as clear as what it looks outside the game, There's not much you can do about this, Its mostly the game.

Im not 100% how you do the transperant feature so I'll learn how to do it then write this section. ~Thanks.
