Honestly, How does all this server shit work because I know how to Use the dedicated server and the newgame thing, But how do people get there ISP and stuff to host servers and crap?
Like i have another computer to run Dedicated server and that, And i can join the game on this computer, But no one else can see it in the server list.
My ports are open aswell from like 27000 - 27300 I think.
And do you need a website for it too run off aswell or something, Can someone give me like a full explanation or something?
And how much does it cost to host a server and stuff?

no you don't have to pay for anything...it is absolutely free! all you have to do is modify your router.

You have 300 ports open for cs server? You only need one. UDP 27015. I wouldn't recommend running a server on your net though. Your upload will only allow 2 people to connect and it will probably lag with those two on there. (imagine downloading custom maps, sounds, models etc.) Anyways you can try it out, the experience is always good.
